check in 7:50 they told me stay on the street and someone would call me, I stopped there for almost 2 hours and nothing, I went to the office, they told me go to back to the door 10:20 unloaded 11:15….
Do not order from this company if you actually want to receive the item you purchased. I placed an order on October 26th and was given a ship date. When that day came and went I reached out again after hearing nothing from the company. I was given another ship date that also came and wen with zero notice from Brenntag. After 4 times of the same I finally cancelled and requested a refund only to be told they cannot give me any confirmation that this has happened. This place amazing the people are super nice The guy named Brandon he is amazing. I’m seeing a lot of nice people the guy Name Brandon Brandon he is super nice guy very fast. Yeah the place is tight so I have to make a U-turn on the street and back in.
The building is located at the end of the street ! Turn around in front of the building if possible and back in from the street . Make sure to walk to receiving before back in . The parking lot is very tight ( not much room to fix mistakes once inside ) ! But polite and professional staff at loading dock . Fast unloading ( once u get to dock ) . Thanks a lot God Bless
