Sam reviewed my three day food diary and was able to give me comprehensive feedback on what my diet was lacking, and what I️ was overindulging in. She also gave me helpful advice on what foods could be swapped out for something similar, but more healthy, and useful tips to use when grocery shopping. Changing your diet can seem like a huge commitment with a lot of hurdles, but Samara made it seem doable. I️ can’t recommend her enough!
