GFL consistently fails to empty my trash can but gets the other 7 cans emptied that are next to mine. If I go to their website to complain they send me to another trash service that does not pick you in my area. Guess they don't want to service my area.
They completely destroyed my driveway with a pull of dumpster , this incident happened over 3 months ago and they denied the damage saying I don’t have proof . This company crooked and I will never trust them again . Photos below attached
GFL decided that my son's basketball hoop was garbage, and crushed it in front of us. The man running the truck told was very apologetic and told us that it would be replaced. We spoke to several people in the GFL office (including on the truck workers phone) and were told that a check was being mailed. We waited, and waited. When we called back after the time they gave us to wait for it, they acted like no one had heard of the people that told us that. One year later, and absolutely no word.
