BEWARE. If I could leave zero stars, I would. GFL engages in deceptive practices, selling recycling services that it does not actually provide. They also raised our prices on a dumpster and a recycling container by double within the three year commercial contract. I attempted to cancel 45 days prior to the contract renewing and they forced us to pay more than $2000 to have the dumpsters removed. Terrible Listen to everyone else, save the nightmare and take your trash elsewhere
Bryan, on our route goes above and beyond. During a snowstorm Bryan retrieved our trash can, even though it was not curbside. We appreciate his extra effort. Thanks Bryan.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst company when it comes to customer service. Finally got fed up and switched providers. If you have other options- use it and DO NOT go with them. They have continuously missed our pickup due to errors on their end. They have not updated information on our account after calling multiple times (over the span of two years). They have TAKEN our personal trash can and refused to replace it. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
