Trash pickup is okay, recycling is the worst! We call about no pick up multiple times and they say it was picked up showing in the system. A bunch if lies, and they don't want to reimburse us neither. We have to look for new services.
I've called 3 times to get the trash juice cleaned up. I was told a property manager would contact me, then was told he would call and meet with me about the spill the next day. The person never showed up or called. This is disgusting to smell all day for the location and the customers. It's illegal for these trucks to leak or dumb trash juice on private or public property. Worst trash service ever. Here are some reason why. 1. Lack of communication 2. Always have excuses on why they never pick up schedule trash on time or at all. 3. Love to up charge more without adding more perks. Other competitors have better deal offers than this company. 4. Canceling with them is going to give further crappy services. For example, 2 weeks in a row before my final services, they empty half my trash. When I complained, I was told the following week they will ensure the full can will be dumped properly. OTR RECYCLE PAPER PICKUP: Entrance is Quarry Rd. Get on scale and write down your weight. Follow the signs to the recycle facility. There is a worker on the one lane road that will take your pickup number and weight, and tell you what to do.
