Truck driver wasn’t paying attention due to laid up on the side, not driving correctly and checking his mirrors. Ran me & my kids off the highway. Leaving me slamming my breaks, off the road, about to hit it and the sign. Finally got back on the road, he’s still laid up, and smiled at me. Seems to me he needs to be off the road.
Do not use under any circumstances. If I had the option to rate as zero stars, I would. GFL is a predatory business that preys upon small businesses and residents. In my experience, GFL will breach your contract to overcharge you in upwards of 200% of your original agreement. Their only response to scamming you is "deal with it". We’ve had great service from GFL. Kirk has been great to work with. Anytime I needed anything I would call Kirk and he was very quick to respond and take care of our needs. Thanks Kirk and the team at GLF!!!
Always kind on the phone when I call and request for a unit change out. Quick to make it happen. Kirk has always been wonderful with answering my questions and making sure our rates are accurate with billing!
