Although some days it's very busy and we have to wait all the employees. Are top-notch, customer focused and very friendly.
First week that GFL takes over the contract for Surrey and they have completely failed and let us down. My green waste has been rotting in the bin for 11 days now, (last pick up March 27) it’s full and I have no where to put any other green waste. It’s still sitting on the curb. I live in a townhouse complex and having bins to drive around since missed pick up on Tuesday (now Friday) is a massive inconvenience. Truck 833089 cut me off driving down 72 Ave in surrey at 8am March 10 ...then they driver had the never to give me the middle finger
Maybe try and place the recycling bin onto the street from the truck instead of letting it slam onto the street echoing throughout the whole neighbourhood? Let's do better people.
