Onlyvprovider in my area or I would absolutely choose a different service. Billing is all screwed up because their server got hacked. Very unprofessional
GFL has been a mixed bag of experiences. We had them during new construction roll-off service, and then switched to residential weekly trash pickup. For both of these items, they have done a great job, no issues and they deserve 4 stars. However, for the past three months, I have been incorrectly invoiced for services that we did not receive (to the tune of nearly $1000) I have called six times to have things corrected and refunds issued, but the incorrect charges continue.
Let me tell you.. they’ve missed multiple pickups and today marks 4 day past they’re scheduled pickup. We have a completely full trash can and they haven’t communicated anything about when they will be picking up our trash. This is not a missed pickup because our cans were out Thursday evening and our recycling got picked up. Also all the neighbors got their recycling picked up and their trash is still out.
