We’ve been dealing with ongoing issues with our waste service for weeks now, even before the recent flooding, and it still hasn’t been resolved. Our trash hasn’t been picked up consistently, and attempts to contact customer service have been extremely frustrating — we’ve spent over 30 minutes on hold, even past 5 PM, without reaching anyone. Just signed up for service 2 weeks ago,, they forgot to drop off the can, the lady said she wrote down the wrong date for drop off, then we had a snow storm an no pick up so l called to check if they were coming or not the recording says everything is delayed from the storm,,, at least WM would send out emails informing customers there pick up will be late by 1 day so will see if they come pick up the stuff in the can tomorrow or not,,, also the can they dropped off was old an beat up they should treat a new customer with a ... read more

Never have had any issues. Expert service. Prompt and friendliest service I've dealt with. If I ever needed to add additional pickups it was an easy phone call and have never had a rude assistant on the other end like some reviews say. I recommend them.
