I have never received such consistently bad service in my life. They regularly miss my garbage and recycling pickups. I call repeatedly and am always told the same story, “your garbage will be picked up today.” Guess what, it never gets picked up. I don’t know what’s worse, the terrible service or the apathy that comes from the “customer service” department. Unfortunately my service has been prepaid. GFL had no problem taking my money, they do have a problem keeping up their end of the bargain.

I just moved to Mayville and have some furniture that needs to go that was left over by the previous home owner that passed. After multiple calls and requests submitted I finally got a hold of someone. They told me they do not come and pick up in Mayville because it's only "a few miles" from the dump. I don't have a truck or trailer to load the stuff up and take it, hence why I called to have them pick up.
