They skipped my trash 3 different times now. We haven't even had this company very long.
Called today for "general" disposal information, spoke w/Tamiko (sp?). She answered ALL my questions with professionalism, and courtesy - totally unheard of in today's "service" and or another industry - for that matter! She provided EXCELLENT customer service, and I appreciated it tremendously.
