They never come to pickup the dumpster. Over 3 weeks or calling and no pickup. And the time before that, also a whole month of no pickup while attempting to contact them. Depending on who you get as a driver, they can be very unpleasant. Dispatch will lie to you and say that they will send a truck "tomorrow" several weeks in a row!
Never able to find any customer service. Nightmare to work with them.
