What a bad company customer service missed pick up and telling me to keep the garbbage for another week seriously bad choice for hiring them .
The city never should’ve given these people the contract. No wonder they keep getting shot at. We called them to let them know they missed the recycling bags and they said just keep them for two weeks.
They miss houses purposely then dont answer phone calls or remove the recycling within the 24 hours window they tell you about
