The city never should’ve given these people the contract. No wonder they keep getting shot at. We called them to let them know they missed the recycling bags and they said just keep them for two weeks.
They miss houses purposely then dont answer phone calls or remove the recycling within the 24 hours window they tell you about
They are the worst place to come too offload if your not part of gfl environmental or accuworx they will make you wait for hours to offload your truck...you could be first in line an they will by pass you to one of the other two companies
