Can’t say enough great things about Fernando. His above and beyond reproach is unmatched. Great energy also! Fernando is always professional over the phone, patient when needed on short notice, and always checking in to make sure things are as they should be! Can’t recommend a better account manager

I tried to start service with them and called mid week and was told service would start that Monday. I seen the truck Monday coming down my road and they didnt pick the trash up. Called the next day and was told a 24 hr ticket was put it. 2 days later still no pick up. Called that Thursday and cancelled service and said I was going with someone else. I paid $110 the day I called for service and they are not returning my money called and said theyd give me a refund hadn't gotten it. Called again said it would be 7-10 WEEKS be... read more

The only thing I prioritize over good pricing is good customer service. Fernando V. has been exceptional at communication, clarity, and showing a sense of urgency with any request. I’ve dealt with several nightmare service providers in the past that just “set it and forget it”. I know I don’t have to worry with him as our rep!
