Absolutely terrible experience with GFL Edmonton. Multiple managers gave completely different information about billing and surcharges. The Sales Manager was sending emails with incorrect surcharge percentages that did not even match the actual invoices, then changing the explanation afterward. Very concerning when management does not even seem to understand their own customer charges. Very unprofessional company with extremely poor customer service.
Locked into a contract without clear explanation. What was presented as a bin relocation turned into a service contract. Poor communication, poorly trained employees, and no clear understanding of their own process. Very disappointing.
Fabulous service
Front load truck 9976, I believe this was the truck, cut across 2 lanes of traffic along the Henday yesterday entering my lane (Far right lane heading South just before the Sherwood Park Freeway exit at 2:17 PM November 18/2024). The truck cut through vehicles to my left and came directly into my lane and nearly killed me as they were only traveling at 77 km/hr in a 100 km/hr zone.
