Great customer service. After the subcontracted crew damaged and later trashed my trash can, GFL stepped up to resolve the problem. When the subcontractor ignored all communication requests from GfL and myself, GFL provided me with a brand new trashcan, delivered to my house. They were polite, solution oriented and I’m happy with the outcome.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re a resident looking to dump some bigger items that you can’t fit in your normal trash. I loaded up to old toilets that I had replaced into the back of my SUV, thinking that it would be a $20 trip to get rid of them and they charged me $85 to spend about 5 minutes driving to the dumping spot, unloading the SUV. Place is a compete rip off.
