No one will answer phone at this place when it was Alabama Dumpster they had real people answering when you called . Don’t fool with these folks the bill jumped tremendous lee but they did give me a little break after I had got a quote earlier!
my bill started out at 160 went up to 230$ now at 280 this company is a rip off no one will answer phone or call you back. so if you wanna get screwed this is the placed
Phone goes unanswered. Requested service stop two weeks ago and to pickup dumpster. Route truck is still trying to pick up dumpster.
Your truck was at our business this morning, 7/18/2025, to empty our dumpster and left MASSIVE amount of oil in our parking lot. We are a non-profit that works with and was on hold for over an hour. Finally, someone called me back I explained what the situation was. I was put on hold again. I wish there was a 0 option for a review because gfl is pitiful!!!! They renew contracts without asking the customers if they want to renew...threaten court fines when customers try to switch trash companies and now charging the YMCA 3000.00 to remove their dumpsters because the Y wants to use a different company! Seriously ...the ymca...gfl should be ashamed!!!
