One of the worst Trash Services I've ever had. Customer service is rude. The trucks drop trash on the road. And almost half the time our trash and or recycling doesn't get picked up on time. But I'm sure they expect their payment on time. No notification of when service changes.
If I could give this company 0 stars I absolutely would. They randomly increase prices to triple their competitors for much less service and tell you, you must call to get the adjustment and they won’t credit you for the time you over payed. If you put one small item out that can’t fit in the can…they simply leave it. You purchase bulk tickets they still leave the trash. The customer service is useless. This company is advertising in our neighborhood trying to beat Ted's. I ask for this deal in writing and he shows me his phone. No. He says all my neighbors have signed up. I told him good bye. Talked to my neighbor who said he was pressured to sign up today. He also said bye!! Then I look at the reviews.
The worst trash company in the history of trash. Do not hire!
