If you go there after 3:00 pm you cannot do manual unload. They said come back tomorrow at 7 am. I wish they had lifted the minimum 1 ton fee and just weighed.
They have a bad habit of not coming when they are supposed to. They are over a day late picking up our trash, yet again. We pay them and they clearly state when they will do a pickup, then don't bother coming. They do this, regardless if the weather is good or not. They will put you on hold, then hang up on you with no chance to ask what is going on. I am concerned for my elderly father who is stuck using them. They are taking advantage of him. We miss the old trash company, but the owner died and we got stuck with GFL.
This is the worst recycling company we have ever had. Buckets are left with lids open or overturned, cartons that don't fit in the buckets are not picked up (too difficult to cut-up for older people), unfriendly service. Considering our extremely high real estate taxes, our amenities are very minimal.
Driver just backed up in driveway and ripped the cable line. No internet or anything now! Sad company!
