Great staff!
If I could give them 0 stars I would, constantly behind, never communicated issues. We are currently 2 days beyond what our scheduled day is supposed to be and when I called they tried to blame it on us because they’re not aware of any issues. I can guarantee the whole block was out the night before and the whole block still hasn’t been picked up. Disappointed but locked in by a citywide contract.
There has been a number of times that our trash has not been picked up on the pickup date. We are never given a reason why this happened. Not happy at all with the service we received. At times trash will fall from trash container and no one gets out of the truck to pick it up. As of today we have been waiting 4 days past our pickup date for our trash to be picked up. Not a good way to run a business.
They do not reliably show up when they are supposed to, so you’re paying for a service you aren’t even actually receiving. I’ve tried calling multiple times (at different times & different days) and never can get someone to answer the phone. Would not recommend to anyone
