When the city was picking up the recycling, we rarely ever had any problems with bins getting picked up and when they ever missed it, it was accompanied with a sticker as to the reason why it was not picked up. Unfortunately today when this happened on GFL service, they accused us of lying and offered no recourse for failure to collect.
