I signed up for weekly trash service and a can was delivered, but it is like pulling teeth to get these people to come collect the trash. In the past four weeks they have come only once, and my phone calls and emails to them don’t seem to help. I am about ready to pull the plug on GFL and go with someone else.

Adding trash service to my existing cardboard recycling service has not gone smoothly. While the people I have dealt with have been great, I now have two account numbers instead of one, and have been double billed for cardboard because of the two account numbers. The new account statement is being mailed to an incorrect address.
GFL helped me with a dumpster service on a rental property. Prompt service and the people I worked with were professional and cordial.
