They missed picking up my garbage this week - although it was out. My neighbors got theirs picked up but the must have drove past mine. I called and asked them to pick it up and they said they couldn't. I'm glad that our city is switching garbage providers next week because from the few telephone conversations I've had with this company - people are not helpful and or friendly.

Waste management needs to stop leaving garbage now on the side of the dumpster like behind the dumpster. It's not our fault when I see the individual every Tuesday morning now to make sure us tenants don't get inappropriately chewed out by the property manager stuck having to clean the mess that is left now. It's all on camera and clear instructions for waste like recycling is placed on the dumpster now and if people don't break down the boxes, is it right to blame one not all now? They are the best at poor customer service and not doing there job correctly if I were the owner I would definitely retrain all the employees that service racine county that is my opinion and experience dealing with them

This company is a bunch of SCAM artists!! Do NOT use them! We signed a 3 year contract in 2018 and apparently they auto renewed it for 3 years and then increased their prices 3 months later to outrageous prices and now they say we owe 3 years of damages $1600 if we want to cancel the contract! And want to offer us low prices now instead????
