Moved into new house in December ordered service December 29 2025 paid 187.00 for quarter told me my pick up was on a Friday and it would take a week to get trash can took 2 weeks. Put garbage out on designated day bo pick up. I called they said it was a Wednesday pu left out for month of January I received one pu at end of month. Horrible company. Avoid them!
We have tried to cancel and get our dumpster removed for over a month They continue to come to dump it and charge us and have not picked it up. So because my 7 year old put 1 bag of trash in there by mistake we are still paying. We have a larger dumpster next to it that we are actually using with a different company. My husband and myself have both called multiple times trying to resolve this and they magically have no record of any of our calls except one that is 2 1/2 weeks after our initial call to cancel. Horrible service never return calls and lie to get you in contract and to get you signed up
Skips us when we have daily pickup and is often overflowing. Will smash the trash in the parking lot which causes it to drip all over which also stinks for days.
