Same as everyone else. They constantly miss pick ups. When you call to tell them you were missed they say it's your fault for not calling soon enough. I withheld payment and told them I'd start paying again when they made up all the missed weeks. They threatened to send me to collections. I paid them and they haven't picked up again. They've also started adding around 80 dollars in fuel fees per month. There is no way my two pick ups a month take that much in extra fuel.
Gfl has been amazing since day one, we called them and they had our can delivered within a week. Not one missed pick up and our can is always placed back nicely from where it is picked up from. I’d recommend me to anyone in the culpeper area and any other surrounding area!
I've had GFL for 5 years now and very pleased with my service. Only missed my trash when the weather was really bad but picked it up a day or two later.
I took out my trash the night prior , it’s not a holiday, but still it wasn’t picked up !!! I’m sure they will take payment though!
