Their workers took trash out of my bin and left it in my driveway. What in the world is that?? The bin weighed no more than 50lbs. The website says nothing about a weight limit, is there one? GFL has repeatedly left our entire block uncollected for days. Sometimes they get the recycling, sometimes they don't, regardless of the week. They're not reading this. They suck and they know it.

I was excited to start service with a new local company back in March 2026. I have had to call and make reports 3 out of 4 weeks a month for not getting my bin emptied. Im so frustrated and disappointed. I have been told its a "new driver" issue, and several other excuses. They offered me free months (June and July) but still have not came to pick up my trash without making several calls. Their prices are reasonable but the reliability is NOT. I will be canceling after 4 months of giving them a chance to get it together.
GFL is my weekly trash removal service, that is, they're supposed to collect my trash weekly. On average, over the course of the last two years of living in my house, I have had to call the city twice per month to send GFL back out to my house to collect my trash. I have to go through the same spiel every single time: Was my trash out to the curb in time? Was the bin close enough to the curb? Was the lid on my bin open or closed?
