GFL is my weekly trash removal service, that is, they're supposed to collect my trash weekly. On average, over the course of the last two years of living in my house, I have had to call the city twice per month to send GFL back out to my house to collect my trash. I have to go through the same spiel every single time: Was my trash out to the curb in time? Was the bin close enough to the curb? Was the lid on my bin open or closed? The driver blast his horn Multiple times every morning they do pick up why is this necessary!!!!! My trash is always to the curb. It’s never necessary to blast your horn over and over again
Wonderful trash and recycling facility
One week they are here in the afternoon and the next they are here at 7 in the morning. Zero consistency.
Customer service was rude and condescending. Lying about things. Refuse to call me back.
