Paid for my green bags and now they won't pick them up even though their new policy doesn't start till July 1st. I hope everyone boycotts your company!!
They have started billing for budget bag service, taking the budget out of the equation. If you use one budget bag a week, it now costs almost the same as the 96 gal pickup. $5.50 for bags in kalkaska plus $10 a month comes out to ~$8 a week for bag pickup. And sooner or later the bag prices will go up again. Last time I did the math on the 96 gal tote pickup it came to about ~$9-10 a week. Horrible customer service. After buying green trash bags they stopped picking up without notice, unless you pay more for an account. They will not even refund for price of bags.
Terrible customer service.
They cant get business so they are mailing out bills for addresses people dont even live at or use their services anymore.
