Extremely disappointed with the unreliable trash collection and inconsistent customer service from GFL in Colorado Springs. My trash was properly placed curbside and on time, but the scheduled pickup was missed. On Friday, a representative was polite and assured me it would be collected later that same day—yet no one came. They later promised service on Monday. Not surprised they have such a low rating on Google! I guess I should've looked here before having them service my company. Their new driver was extremely rude to me when picking up our used oil filters about an aerosol can accidently getting put in the container. Threated he would charge $120, he was very unprofessional and very rude. He made a huge oil mess in the driveway on brand new concrete. They leave garbage behind after you pay a whole bunch of money for your trash to be put picked up. They won’t even take cardboard.
