This company is awful. The costumer pays for a service that is not render on a regular basis trash pic up is often skipped and when you call.its always we will get it next wk..there is no accountability with this company no disciplinary actions for drivers who miss a stop or pick.up trash i called 2 days ahead of time to remind them to get my trash and they still didn't get it...there is never a supervisor or manager available to speak with nor do they ever return your call...the account is for my farther which is 85 yrs old... read more
I cannot say enough bad things about this company. They miss my trash and/or recycling often. I will call and get generic responses back and be told they will be back by to pick it up but still don't. Last fall it took them 3 WEEKS to pick up my can. This last week i called on Thursday (my trash day) around 3pm knowing they weren't going to be coming by that day (they come in the mornings on my route). Signed up for the service, got the bins, then for 3 weeks in a row they never came to pick up the trash or recycling. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't refund the amount I was initially charged and the amount that's pending will take 6-8 weeks to refund. Horrible service, would not recommend.
10/15/2025 update to my review below. I received a call from a regional VP who sincerely apologized for my experience, and assured me he would personally monitor a number of cycles to insure better service. I believe in second chances, so I will raise my rating from 1 to 3 stars for his personal attention to our case. They continue to dump public dumpers between 2AM and 5AM. Terrible.
