I switched back to GFL after the company I had gone to was getting ridiculous with their prices and service. When I called GFL to sign up, the associate I spoke with was excellent. She was knowledgeable, kind, and gave me a price I found reasonable so I went ahead and agreed. I have found their service to be very dependable and their can is perfect for our needs. We'll see how it goes and will update if needed!

If I could give GFL Environmental zero stars, I would. This has easily been one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. For years, we were overcharged, and nobody could ever explain why. The sales reps are completely ineffective when it comes to solving actual problems, and getting a manager or local employee on the phone is nearly impossible. Sick of having to call every week to get my trashed picked up when I’m paying $26 a month for service for one can. This is now the second week that they missed my pickup. Last week they said there was a route issue, whatever that means. During the winter they used the snow as an excuse to miss my pickup for 3 weeks despite the road being completely clear and other delivery drivers and mail truck having no issue.
