My service started July 6. I’m still waiting for my trash& recycling cans. They told me to leave trash bags out. They never pick them up. I’m canceling this 💩

I was sold because the Salesman said I would get two months of free trash services before we receive the first bill. Salesman Stated it covers Trash bags and paper Paper bags for leaves/trim. I was supposed to receive my bin Almost a month ago now. They keep giving me the walk around and telling me to wait for the bin. Then they tried to say that they trash service does not cover lawn clippings Which was false because it’s clearly stated in the contract. Add my 1 star review to all the others. We thought we’d try the new service in our area. But they don’t show up. In the first 3 weeks they have only picked up once and it was 2 days late. We have had to made multiple phone calls. Wait time on calls are ridiculous too. Save yourself headaches and don’t try GFL!

A young man came to my area offering trash services and the first 3 months basically was $15 but they have not picked up the trash at all in the last 2 weeks since we got the bins, nor my neighbors and that isn't a good start out so returning my trash can.

Terrible company, I've been trying to get them to pick up my recycle for a month. I've called them every week about the delay in picking it up, and every single time they tell me they will pick it up within the next twenty four to forty eight hours. Not sure what.They consider twenty to forty eight hours yes so they are supposed did pick up my recycle today by end of day. We will see.
