I have not tried the actual trash service but I did get a visit from a sales guy at my house. He was beyond rude to me. I currently use Ted’s trash - a local company in my area. He let me know that their company was starting to offer services in our area and that he could get me signed up for half the costs and the first 2 months free. Communication with customers of holiday scheduling is lacking. States on website information about this. However, to make sure, would be nice if like our prior company reached out with automated phone messages regarding status of that weeks pick up time. I leave a message through the system and it is not returned. Need a better information system for customers.

This company was doing door-to-door sales to promote their upcoming launch of residential service’s in independence. I am currently unable to make decision based on some health issues and the sales rep not only was rude, Dismissive, but was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I asked for a flyer to possibly reach out in the future he became agreeable and even more rude. No thank you, I’ll stay with my current trash company.

I have called and complained about my trash can being left in the middle of my driveway. I can’t even pull in my driveway when I come home. I checked my camera and my neighbors trash can is in front of the driveway and mine is in the street. Do better GFL I will be reporting this to the property manager.
