At this time I would avoid this trash company, they seem unable to handle their current business load. ** Update: I was finally contacted and a solution offered, so we will see how service progresses from here. If all proceeds well I will update this review rating and listing ** GFL has failed repeatedly for over 2 months to pick up my trash on the day they scheduled my trash to be picked up for typical residential trash services. HORRIBLE..I did not receive trash bins until 2 weeks after my service had started. Not to mention, previous tenants bins were left WITH trash and flies all in them and around them. When called to ask when they were going to be picked up, I was told they can not give me a date because they are just so busy and would get them whenever they get to it.
The Worst Trash Company!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from GFL. I signed up for trash service in June and was asked to make my payment using Tap to Pay. At that time, I was told my trash carts would be delivered before August 1 and that my trash service would begin on August 7. As of today, neither commitment has been honored. We signed up in June said we would get container and they’d start us in Aug because we still had service with another company they said we can handle the break up will that didn’t happen come July we got a bill No container No service has happened So this week they drop a container off today was suppose to be first pick Nope they picked everyone on block up but ours LOL this company said when I called the said we’re short handed and running behind I said you billed me also I do t owe a first bill till October per our agreeme... read more
