Wednesday is our recycle days for our HOA neighborhood in Richmond between the library and sheriff's office. Two trucks are used to complete recycle and big item pickup on the route. Recently, the trucks have stopped coming down to the end of our neighborhood street and have been turning around without emptying the recycle bin. Worst trash service in Texas! They don’t pick up all your recycling and they sometimes don’t pick up all the trash. I called to get help from the company and the lady answering the phone was rude and deflected.
I had an awesome experience working with Seth at GFL Environmental. From the very beginning, his knowledge and expertise were obvious. He took the time to thoroughly assess our needs and recommended a compactor solution that significantly reduced our waste costs while improving efficiency.
Great service! Seyth is our rep and has truly been amazing and goes above and beyond each time- our services are always taken care of promptly and if the property ever needs anything Seyth is on it! He is what makes companies like this GREAT!
Lady working the front is absolutely rude! 5/26/2026 at 10AM. Doesn’t want to give clear instructions doesn’t have basic customer service.
