Great service! Seyth is our rep and has truly been amazing and goes above and beyond each time- our services are always taken care of promptly and if the property ever needs anything Seyth is on it! He is what makes companies like this GREAT!
Lady working the front is absolutely rude! 5/26/2026 at 10AM. Doesn’t want to give clear instructions doesn’t have basic customer service.
Consistent issues with my recycling not being picked up. Their services are provided through my HOA for FairparkVillage in Rosenberg. Me contacting the office results in no effective changes. It is a pain to move the recycling to the curb to only having to move it all back in and wait for the next week to repeat the effort and hope it will be picked up that time.
This company is absolutely horrible! All they want to do is make your life complicated and make it more difficult for your trash to get picked up. The monthly mailed sticker system is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Very unhappy with this company and their terrible service!!
Want to give a thank you to our recycle team at sweetgrass community. A neighbor fell, they called 911 and stayed until help arrived
