absolutely the worst company. truck driver did not pick up our garbage when i called in the customer service he keeps repeating bin needs to be out at 7am. i keep telling the customer service in the past 13 yrs they always pick up the garbage around 11am. after putting me on hold for 3 mins then he comes back and tells me truck driver did not see the bin on the street at 11am. yet i keep telling the guy i left the bin at 8 am and when i got back from work bin was still on the street full at 7pm and all other once on the stre... read more
The worst
GFL has not picked up my recycling in 3 WEEKS. Terribly irresponsible and horrendous service
It's been 3 weeks and GFL still hasn't collected the recycling and waste from my building. It's been piling up since the 1st of January.
