If you are even remotely considering this business...STOP...DON'T...they are absolute crooks and the worst customer service on the planet.They charge $2 for paper statements, no other vendor I know charges for that. When I canceled my service, they told me it would take 8-10 weeks for me to get my refund on a prepay of the next quarters service. 8-10 WEEKS!!! STEER CLEAR OF HERE FOLKS!!!!~
We used GFL Environmental for just over two years. The service was generally okay, and customer service was friendly and responsive. If our trash was missed, they usually came back for an extra pickup. However, their pricing isn’t competitive, and the extra fees are excessive. They charge $60 to replace a damaged or missing trash cart and another $60 to pick it up when you cancel service. Because of the high costs and added fees, I wouldn’t recommend them.
Hands down one of the worst businesses I've interacted with. They make you pay by the quarter with no prorated refunds for moving. Additionally, will charge you a pick up fee for your garbage can after keeping 2 months of service that you won't receive. Do yourself a favor and pick the other guy...
If I could use 0 I would! By far the WORST service. I call 4x a week at least, same answers. What color is your trash can?!?! The same one since the beginning. They need to get another company to compete with. I think it is unfair to pay and not get service! Where is management?
I don't know where to start. We just signed up for GFL a month and a half ago. For 2 weeks we had no issues! They picked up on time. Since then, we have had to call every week, multiple times, for missed pickups. Why even take us as clients if you wont pick up our trash?? What are we even paying for? From what ive read, its not an issue with us. Our bin is not overflowing, its in the right spot, we do everything right. I dont even know if we have been credited for all our missed pickups.
