Please implement basic signage: - Indicate which side is the entrance / exit. - Indicate what dump site is where. - Indicate the far lane without a scale is for whatever it’s for only. Not an entrance. - Give a rundown of basic rules BEFORE you enter. To the one staff member: a red light does not mean closed; a closed sign or pylons does, a gate is a great option too. The setup needs serious improvement. You have to wait at least 45min to an hour in a lineup that can only be described as ridiculous. Only 1 way in and out of the facility half the time despite there being 2 gate houses for incoming and outgoing traffic. I try my best to avoid this place if I can
Quick service
Transitions in any business can be challenging but GFL has navigated many hurdles and has made many positive gains since taking over. Any minor issues we have had have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. The drivers have been great (especially Richard). We put our carts out for each pickup to save the drivers some steps and they routinely return the carts to our driveway to save us steps too!
