Never picks up trash! Please just use any other company than them. If I could give 0 stars I would!! You can’t even get in contact with anyone to resolve the problem

THIS IS THE WORST TRASH COMPANY EVER. They operate as if they are providing a free service. I came home to discover that my trash was not picked up only to contact them and be advised that my trash was left because the trash can was too full. I was told that I would have to remove the bags on top and then they will come back to get it if I pay a $50 FEE for them to come back out. I can't make this mess up..SMH!!! I also asked about a credit because my trash was refused and was advised I would not receive a credit because it ... read more

They haven’t picked up my trash numerous times… my trash is still sitting in front full of trash.

If I could give a zero, I would! These people suck! Trash does not get picked up on time........ever! Have to call repeatedly just to get them to do what zi pay them to do!
