If I could give zero stars I would. This is the-most incompetent company that I have ever worked with. They skipped my trash the pickup before the fourth and refused to pick it up after because the trash was filled to overflow. Where else could I put the trash?!!!! We put the excess bags in boxes so the animals wouldn’t tear them open.They gave me the run around for several days. THE WORST GARBAGE SERVICE EVER!!!!
I currently utilize two trash cans provided by a waste management company that I have subscribed to. Despite paying for the service, it took over a month for them to deliver the additional trash can after I added it. Furthermore, they consistently neglect to collect my trash, either emptying one of the bins or failing to do so altogether. When I contact customer service, I encounter unresponsive and rude representatives who consistently misrepresent their actions. Trash service is horrible. I normally wouldn’t write a review but this is getting out of hand. This is the third time they have missed my trash in less than 2 months. So this time I finally called after letting it go thinking they may have been busy. The worst service that Temple a.k.a. Mayor Johnson could possibly have I’ve been paying for their service for four months and they’ve only gotten my trash one time one time so now I’ve got a camera up watching them so that I can send it into the News company because I’m tired of calling the company.
