Absolutely horrible would not recommend. Had a door to door salesman come by and thought we would give them a chance. Good thing I kept my pervious company Queens at the same time as trying GFL. The first week they picked up the trash no problem. The following 3 weeks trash did not get picked up. Had we not kept the previous my yard abd house would have been overrun with trash. They went door to door in my neighborhood trying to convert us from other trash companies. The salesman sang a good tune, so I switched away from Ozark Refuse. The first week was fine, and I had no complaints. On the second week, we had two large boxes that our Amazon orders were shipped in, and that contained the trash from the orders, that we placed next to the trash bin. My trash hasn’t been taken for two weeks. I called and they said they couldn’t get to it. When I asked for it to be credited to me since they’re still charging me, they said no. Screw these people. No offer of recourse; no help. Worst trash service I have ever dealt with.

Please go with any other company. They're going door to door in neighborhoods lying. They claim competitors are going out of business and claim to be cheaper. We have a service provider that does $60 per 3 months with no extra fees. Last year, we asked for a quote from GFL and they later sent us bills despite us never starting service. I know they're a waste company, but it's unfortunate that they're also a trash company.
