They were cool the first year, but the price keeps going up like crazy. It went from $17 per month to now $30. Now after Thanksgiving holiday its now $33. I'm thinking about changing trash companies. Horrendous. Smh Update: One day before Thanksgiving which is the following year that I commented on this post im now seeing my bill as $41. Yeah, if i keep this service another 5 years ill be paying close to $100. Im definitely cancelling soon. Another update: They creeped up the price like I didn't notice to $45 now smh.

Guy comes up to the door and says “ would you like more info on our trash service”. Apparently this was me agreeing to sign up with them. I tried to cancel and they said it was a $75 cancellation fee because I didn’t call within 3 days to cancel a service I didn’t sign up for. I have it on camera so I’ll report it to the BBB. :) + UPDATE called per below and they said a 3rd party might have left the comment below. The manager Arielle S was unaware of this Google review. Twice this company charged us more than what the agreed upon rate was- no explanation. Just a "mistake" on their end. We cancelled this service.
