I dont have service with them but they use my property as a turn around even tho I have asked them not to and it is tearing up my property

Very rarely picks up on time. It’s ridiculous to have to call week after week and ask when your can is going to be emptied. My trash can shouldn’t have to sit out by the road for days. When you call, the office ladies who are always very nice- transfer you to the on call manager who apologies but it still doesn’t get you anywhere with the issue. Constantly have to call because our garbage doesn't get picked up. I understand weather delays, but two weeks without p/u is unacceptable when the trucks are running. When I call, they say it is on the schedule and will be picked up, but it doesn't happen.

So frustrated! I have been having issues with pickup. My day was changed to supposedly solve the problem but it has only gotten worse. Sometimes, my trash sits there for 2 weeks. Calling the company doesn't get you anywhere. The supervisor I spoke to had an attitude, told me he didn't have me listed as a missed address and told me to make sure the trash can was at the road. Horrible with trash pick up. Continuously skipping over trash cans during route. May dump your trash one week & skip it the next week. It all depends on how the person feels that week.
