The bin showed up on the day I needed it to. Was picked up the day they said it would
After the contract was signed. I had to chase to get my bin. Ordered an extra drop and never received one. Not easy to get a live person when calling.
Other than the fact that the driver drove over our Tesla charging cable, the service was on time and the prices were reasonable
