I have used their services for nearly 30 years. I have never had an issue with their pick ups or their customer service dept. They always come the day of the scheduled pick up.

I paid $150.00 for an extra trash pickup. They never came to pick up the trash. Currently trying to get my money back.

I set up trash and recycling hauling. Half the price and twice the service we were getting before. Plus I was able to speak with a real human being. There was a minor issue in the initial set up which they fixed in less than 24 hours.

I called a month ago to have garbage can lid repair. I was out of town for day of repair, but the garbage can was clearly in front of my house (just not at end of driveway). Came home and no repair was done. Called and was told the bin “was not out”, which is not true. Rescheduled again a month out. I will take ownership if I was supposed to have it at end of the driveway, but it would have been nice if GFL took the time to walk up to the house to find the bin and repair.
