I set up trash and recycling hauling. Half the price and twice the service we were getting before. Plus I was able to speak with a real human being. There was a minor issue in the initial set up which they fixed in less than 24 hours.

I called a month ago to have garbage can lid repair. I was out of town for day of repair, but the garbage can was clearly in front of my house (just not at end of driveway). Came home and no repair was done. Called and was told the bin “was not out”, which is not true. Rescheduled again a month out. I will take ownership if I was supposed to have it at end of the driveway, but it would have been nice if GFL took the time to walk up to the house to find the bin and repair. I had a 2 yard front load dumpster for many years, I found WM had the same size and twice the servicing cycle for almost 1/3 the price! My rep was Sandra Tomczak, she was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. She actually gave me false information about cancelling my contract, she sent over my original and found that she was either uniformed or straight up lying after I easily found the penalty cost (6 months of the contract, savings made up in 10 months of the new contract with WM).
