I been asking the company to pick up these unauthorized trash cans for the last 3 weeks!! I been calling 2-3 times a week and constantly being lied to!!

GFL has been so good to use since we switched over. The new local management is amazing and has great customer service. Not really understanding these other reviews but that’s reviews in a nutshell. Super pleased with our driver as well

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. LRS AND GFL Environmental do not care about their customers. LRS sold our accounts to GFL and then kept double charging me. GFL sent me an invoice for 347.27 even though LRS was pulling their fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They also went from charging 18 dollars to 38 dollars to $130 every three months. And they do not communicate any price changes. They just stop showing up. And when you finally get someone to answer a phone or email, then placate you. Had to give them a 1 star because there is no 0 option offered. They stink at picking up our recyclables, they will skip us weeks at the time, when you call in on there local # they answer 3 states away. You tell them the issue & they say the truck “should” be there each week. “Should” means nothing. Never can get a call back from anyone that can do anything to resolve the issue.

Difficult to deal with. Placed garbage into new container provided by the city GFL did not empty the container on the scheduled date. I called the city and they advised not to use the new can until a later date. They city told me to transfer the trash to the appropriate container and they would contact GFL to have them return the next day to empty the container. GFL called me the next day and refused to pick up the overflowing container until the next collection date, stating that was the city's problem.
