I'm in Brinkley Arkansas and I've been waiting for trash cans for 3 weeks. Spoken to several agents and they all say the same thing, We'll call you back today once we find out. No call from anyone. Call 3 days in a row and whoever the supervisor is is always in a meeting. Like I'm storing trash in the back of my house until I can get to the city dump. They're still billing me.
I, too, wish there were a zero-star option. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They purchased LRS at the end of 2025. I was double-billed and also did not get a credit for one of my bills. I called, and after waiting in the queue for 30 minutes, they acknowledged the mistake and promised a credit. I have continued to pay my bill minus that credit on time for the last 8 months. I been asking the company to pick up these unauthorized trash cans for the last 3 weeks!! I been calling 2-3 times a week and constantly being lied to!!
GFL has been so good to use since we switched over. The new local management is amazing and has great customer service. Not really understanding these other reviews but that’s reviews in a nutshell. Super pleased with our driver as well
