Customer service is horrible. The receptionist are rude and genuinely don’t care about their Customers. They forgot to pick up my garbage two weeks in a row and then acted like I was being unreasonable when I called to complain after being promised the both weeks that they would send somebody out to collect it. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute nightmare. They consistently miss at least one pick up per month. They are super inconsistent with pick up times. I called because we had extra trash due to these issues. They told me they would come pick up my trash. They showed up I rolled out the can and the driver sat in front of my house for over 10 minutes and then left and when I called I was told the trash can was too full to pick up even though they told me that as long as it was in the can they could p... read more
Horrible service. Have not serviced our dumpster in over 8 months & continue to charge us and will not remove from our property. The Sales manager is very unprofessional and rude. They do NOT care about their customers.
