Trash missed 3 out of 4 weeks. Called and they said they would send someone, had 2 cans, they emptied 1. Called back and was told they would send them back, they never came. Each time I asked what the problem was and what was the plan to fix it? and each time I was told they would have dispatch call me. They never did. When I called to cancel my service they asked.....why are you leaving us?
Zero stars. We have had GFL for three years and every time we have called them it has been a nightmare. Our bill keeps going up without notifying us. The truck broke our lid on the can a few months ago, requested new can, still no can. A month ago requested a call back about billing and urgent call back, nobody called back. We are moving now and requested cancel service. They make you pay 3 months in advance, so I should get refunded for almost two entire months. My aunts house is designed as disabled and requires assistance with her trash container they have missed 4 out of 5 pick ups the trash piles up and smells. I call for her and I get promises and it’s still there!
I have tried 3 times to get a hold of someone at this company to get a commercial dumpster. Twice by phone and each time I am told a sales team person will get back with me, once by submitting a request online and still no one ever gets back to me. You guys have the absolute worst customer service on planet earth.
Surprise surprise! Our trash was completely missed again today! Sharing photos—it was at the curb and everything maybe the driver needs glasses. Driver missed several neighbors as well. Called and emailed. Guess we shall see since last time wasn’t rectified either.
