Fantastic spot to dump. They only accept C&D, so don't carry household garbage here! The operators ALWAYS keep the yard, and pile VERY clean. Dena, the weighmaster, is amazing. I've been going here for several years, and she's always great to with!
Absolutely terrible service. Trash pickups are frequently missed with no notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. When you call customer service, you’re met with excuses, vague answers, or representatives who have no real solution. Meanwhile, you’re left with overflowing trash cans and forced to wait until the next scheduled pickup. Absolute disgrace of a company. Customer service is aweful when you can get them on the line. Zero stars should be allowed, here are some reasons why: 1. Their website is not compatible with Safari. That’s right if you have an Apple phone good luck doing anything on their website. This is after their update earlier this year hahaha 90% of people use Apple iPhones. 2. From high prices to litter all over the street, this is a horrible trash pick up service. Even canceling is a pain, as the trash container has been sitting out at the curb for well over a month waiting for them to pick it up. Calls and emails result in more postponements that end in no shows. Glad I switch away from them.
They show close time is 4pm. I pulled up at 355pm and was told the credit card machine goes down at 330pm.
