Good luck getting your trash picked up. What a joke of a company. This is one of the worst things Syracuse has done by doing business with this company.

We got switched to them after they changed owners a few times and the price kept going up until the last bill that was 225.00 for 3 months! Outrageous price! We now have a service that is a third of the price! Also after numerous calls, we can't get you to come and get our trash container! You won't be in business long! So glad we switched!

Gave them a 1 star because there was no 0. Where do I start. Didn’t dump our dumpster every week even though we paid for the service. Hiked the price up when fuel got high and didn’t send a notification out. Was set up on auto pay, three months later I get a notice that I owe them money. When I called to inquire I explained I was on auto pay and had not received a notice, the lady I talked to said they were aware corporate didn’t send anything out. I’ve had GFL for 3 months. I ordered a trash can that I still have not received that I’m paying 5$ a month for and they have already not picked up my trash for 3 weeks. When I call I can’t get ahold of anyone. My account is paid in full.
