They won't answer the phone! Price increases without notice and horrible customer service
They did not pick up trash supposedly due to weather, when every other company in town managed to pick up trash in our neighborhood. Then they refused a refund for the missed pickup. I have been calling for 2 days trying to cancel my service. I sent an email and they never responded.
Tried calling them several times about trash not getting picked up on Friendship Drive in Toano for two weeks in a row. Don't trying calling them I let it go for over an hour and no one picked up the phone. I even called one day at 8:00 am. My neighbors gave up and put there can of trash on a truck and took it to the dump themselves. It seems like the drivers see the cans marked with county on them and drive by them even though they are now the people that is to pick up the garbage now.
Repeatedly missed recycle pick up. It has been 3 weeks now and nobody answers the phone. Looking for another service.
