Called to arrange a bulk pick up a week in advance. When they didn’t show up on the scheduled day, I called to confirm that they were indeed still planning on picking up my bulk item. The woman who answered the phone was extremely cold, callous and rude. She stated they had until 6PM to complete their routes and then hung up on me without even saying goodbye. Zero customer service skills. ******UPDATE****** THEY NEVER CAME TO GET THE MATTRESS AFTER ALL!!!!!
The people are friendly, helpful and cooperative. They offered an every-other week pick-up that makes me happy as there are just two of us so that meets our needs perfectly.
I miss GFL, not liking this new company called John's disposal
They accidentally threw away our garbage can in the truck (that’s ok accidents happen) but the one they returned with actual shit and a diaper it!? We’ll make sure to return the favor!
