This company is terrible. They overcharged me a significant amount and when I called their office in Edson about it I was told that yes they knew that one of their sales associates went and jacked up the rates for clients that were not on contract and that person no longer works there. I assume this was their way of passing the buck. However I received no refund or price adjustment due to the supposed error. I spoke with a woman named Trina this morning and she was absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond to help me out when it was my mistake in the first place. I missed garbage day last week, thought it was this friday(it wasn't) she asked her nice driver to come empty my bin for Christmas and he did. Bless you all. Thank you.

Just used their service to clean up our yard. Was told a dumpster was around $300-$400. I specifically asked if I could throw random junk in the dumpster and the guy said yes that was fine. Well got my bill after they picked it up. $922!! Said it had to go to the hinton landfill because it was mixed waste. That's why I asked that question! Won't ever use their service again.
