Worst garbage disposal company ever they are billing us payments and not even coming and picking up the garbage bins it’s been over 6 months now trying to figure this out they come every two months and maybe pick it up depends how the driver is feeling so I don’t recommend these guys what’s so ever
Feb, 11, 2026 at 7:50-8:05 am in Sherwood Park, Festival place traffic circle, a green garbage truck was parked in the traffic circle for over 10 minutes blocking traffic. Completely stupid place to park..this is a high traffic area, a daycare, school bus transfer, Strathcona bus all blocked traffic backed up for as far as I could see. Two workers disappeared between two buildings, ( a sign on the building said Savanah), they came back each dragging 2 large garbage cans on wheels, then they unloaded the cans with the truck, ... read more
Locked into a contract without clear explanation. What was presented as a bin relocation turned into a service contract. Prices increase about 40% every year. Poor communication and poorly trained employees with no clear understanding of their own process. Very disappointing.
